Common questions
How do I know if my windshield can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced?
Our technicians take several things into account when reviewing a chipped or cracked windshield. Therefore, we require a consultation to review the windshield before we can tell you that you need a replacement or just a simple repair. A good rule of thumb to keep in mind is that if your crack or chip is bigger than a quarter, it will probably need to be replaced.
How long does an auto glass repair or replacement take?
If you just need a repair, it can take as little as a half hour. If you need a whole replacement, it can take anywhere from two to four hours, depending on how extensive the damage is. All timeframes are subject to change depending on current workload.
Do you offer mobile services?
Yes. Mobile service is available for large machinery that cannot be brought to our Racine shop. Call to confirm availability for your equipment and location.
Do you work with insurance?
